During 2006 the MARC Board proposed changes to the Constitution and the membership voted on these changes. An overwhelming majority of the votes cast were in favor of the proposed changes. The results of the vote were accepted by the Board on January 13, 2007. The new Constitution takes effect immediately and be published in the next printing of the MARC Roster which will be available mid April of 2007.
